Marianthie Kalatzi is a psychologist with extensive experience in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. She was born and raised in Athens and is a graduate of the Department of Psychology at the University of Crete. Her theoretical and clinical training continued at institutions and organizations in Athens and London. She completed her clinical internship at the Vyronas–Kaisariani Community Mental Health Center,Psychiatric Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (1996–1997) and remained with the service as an external collaborator from 1998 to 2002.
She worked at the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica,18 Ano Drug Addiction Treatment Program from 2006 to 2025. She maintains a private practice in Dafni, Athens, and collaborates with the “Vima Koino” Mental Health Services Center. She provides clinical services to adults and young people experiencing mental health issues, as well as to individuals who engage in psychotherapy for the purposes of self-reflection, emotional processing, and personal development. Furthermore, she offers specialized psychological support to individuals seeking or undergoing fertility-related processes, as well as to psychologically vulnerable pregnant women, mothers, parents, and their children.
She is a lecturer in professional training seminars for mental health practitioners and a member of the Hellenic Group of the International Winnicott Association, a founding member of the Hellenic Psychoanalytic Space D.W. Winnicott, and a member of the Hellenic Association for Infant Mental Health.
