This Privacy Policy defines the way in which the company ”VIMA KOINO PRIVATE MEDICAL CENTER M.I.K.E.”, based in Agios Dimitrios, Attica, which owns the Mental Health Center ”Vima Koino”, collects, uses and manages your personal data when you use any of its services. Our highest priority is the protection of privacy and personal data, which is why we comply with the requirements of the European Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national legislation, regarding the protection of personal data. With this document, our Company, as the Data Controller of the data extracted from its website, informs the visitors/users of this website with all the necessary information regarding the processing of their data and the exercise of their rights. The use of its website ”www.vimakoino.gr”, means that you have read and agree with this Privacy Policy of your personal data.

The use of your personal data is related to the offer and processing of the services of the Centre ”Vima Koino”.   7. the withdrawal of your consent when the processing of your data is carried out based on of your explicit consent to it.

In the event that, for the above requests, it is deemed necessary to confirm your identity, a copy of a document proving it may be requested. Once the legitimacy of the request has been verified, our response will take place within the time limit of one (1) month from the receipt of your request, as prescribed by the applicable legislation, providing you with the relevant information. Finally, in case you are not satisfied with our response to your request, you reserve the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority) via the online platform: www.dpa.gr.
