Eleni Apostolidou is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy-Pedagogy-Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as of the Department of Psychology of Paris Descartes, France.<\/p>\n
She continued her postgraduate studies at King’s College London, England, where she specialized in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.<\/p>\n
She then trained and worked as a Child Well-Being Practitioner in the British Health Service (NELFT NHS Trust), in collaboration with King’s College London & the Anna Freud Centre, providing individual and group sessions based on the techniques of cognitive-behavioural therapy (low intensity CBT).<\/p>\n
She has undertaken clinical placements at the Aegineteion Hospital (1st Psychiatric Clinic) & the Maudsley Hospital (London) and has volunteered at the Child Psychiatry Department of the Sismanoglio Hospital.<\/p>\n
Today, she collaborates with private centres for special treatments for children and adolescents and continues her psychotherapeutic training at the Hellenic Society for Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.<\/p>\n
