She graduated in 2007 from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Psychology, with the degree “Excellent”. She continued her 4-year training in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy at the Institute for Behavioral Research and Therapy. She was trained in the diagnosis and treatment of problems involving adults, children, adolescents and their families. Her areas of scientific interest include addictions, personality disorders, group dynamics, and emotional disorders, among others.

In the past she has worked in mental health structures, such as the neuropsychiatric clinic “Panagia Gregorousa” for eleven consecutive years, treating patients with severe psychopathology, memory problems and toxic-addicts, at the Lyrakos psychiatric clinic, at Hellas EAP, at the department of psychosocial support services for human resources and has coordinated experiential seminars at Citizens in Knowledge at the Free University. Since 2019, she is an external supervisor at the AMKE IASIS Boarding School in Kato Patisia.

She has attended numerous post-educational seminars. Indicatively: Training in the non-military psychological therapy program for Schizophrenia, Treatment of Schemas and Personality Disorders and Psychopharmacology. She has been trained in the administration and interpretation of the MMPI-II as well as the administration and interpretation of the TAT Personality Proving Test. Since 2015 he has been in private practice.
